Bar/Bat Mitzvah Students "Bogrim"

The Hebrew word Bogrim means young adults. Our Bogrim Program helps young Jews make the transition from being Jewish children into being Jewish young adults. Bogrim students continue the work that they began in the Kitah Gimmel and Kitah Dalet Program while also branching out into new areas appropriate to their developing levels of maturity as well as helpful to them in their preparation for their Bar/Bat Mitzvah ceremonies. Because preparing for a Bar or Bat Mitzvah is a process that involves a whole family, certain components of the Bogrim Program are intended for the entire family, and some components are for students only, not parents.
Bogrim classes meet twice a week, and there is one section:

  • Sunday (10am-1pm)
  • Wednesday (4:00-6:00pm)
