Saturday Morning

Family Service

This interactive service is specifically designed for families of children ages 4- 9. We have lots of singing, explanations, story telling and the spirit of Shabbat.

The service will be led by Rabbi Joy Levitt, Executive Director of the JCC in Manhattan.

Tot Shabbat

Tot Shabbat introduces children ages 3-6, under 3 with a parent, to the richness of Shabbat through songs, stories, prayers, and projects.

Friday Evening

The services with be co-led by Rabbi Joy Levitt and Rabbi Michael Strassfeld, and will include singing, story telling and lots of participation. Followed by a potluck dinner.

Holidays

For Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur we offer an alternative family service in addition to the regular sanctuary service. On other holidays we celebrate together and offer family and/or children’s programming, communal and hosted home dinners, and special events, according to the particular holiday.
